A Percentage of Culture and Agrarian Reform (CRA) meets on Thursday (27), at 8 am, to define the amendments to be presented to the 2023 Budget Bill (PLN 32/2022).
The permanent committees of the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies and the permanent joint committees of the National Congress may present up to eight amendments to the Budget.
Four of them are for appropriation (increase in allocation by cancelling allocations from the contingency reserve) and four for reallocation (increase in allocation by cancelling allocations contained in the bill, except for the contingency reserve).

The CRA amendments, under the reporting of Senator Acir Gurgacz (PDT-RO), will be sent for study by the Mixed Budget Percentage (CMO), chaired by Deputy Celso Sabino (União-PA).
O The general rapporteur for the 2023 Budget is Senator Marcelo Castro (MDB-PI).
The deadline for submitting amendments to next year's budget proposal has been changed and is now November 14th.
According to the new schedule, the vote on the preparatory report and amendments must take place by November 24.
The vote on the universal report by Congress must be made by December 16th.
The CRA meeting will be in room 7 on the Alexandre Costa side of the Senate.
