What is the difference between Bombocado and Queijadinha?
Normally for those who eat, the two sweets are the same thing, for culinary experts they are two very different dishes. What never changes is the flavor. They're delicious. Whether it’s Bombocado or Queijadinha, it’s so good!
But let's clarify, then: Bombocado is made with good old cheese, while Queijadinha uses cheese in its recipe.
But did you know that there are versions of both with cheese and coconut together? You will understand….

Bombocado Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
½ can of condensed milk
2 eggs
100 g of grated coconut
50 g of sugar
25 g of grated parmesan cheese
25 g of butter
75 g of wheat flour
butter for greasing
METHOD OF PREPARATION
– Preheat the oven to 160º C (low temperature)
– Grease 6 quindim molds with butter. Book.
– In a container, place all the ingredients and stir until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
– Pour the cream into each mold. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the surface is golden.
– Remove from the oven, unmold and serve.

Cheesecake Recipe
The queijadinha recipe has our history and has been passed down between family generations for more than 3 centuries, as it is a Portuguese specialty.
Cheese was the main ingredient, but with coconut the sweet became legend and gained fame. This change was added by slaves in their masters' kitchens.
INGREDIENTS:
390 g can of condensed milk (1 can)
20 g margarine or butter at room temperature (1 tablespoon)
2 units of ovos
40 g of grated Parmesan cheese (4 tablespoons)
100 g grated dry coconut (1 package)
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Mix condensed milk, margarine and eggs
When it is homogeneous, add the cheese and coconut
Use paper molds and a base that can be used for cupcakes or pies.
Fill the molds with ¾ of the cheese
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes
