    Delicious Lemon Pavé

    Ingredients:
    • 01 package of unflavored gelatin
    • 01 can sweetened condensed milk
    • 01 can of lemon juice
    • (measurement of the condensed milk can)
    • 01 can of sour cream
    • 200 grams of white chocolate
    • 02 packages of champagne biscuits 180 g
    • 01 cup of sweetened milk
    • Lemon zest for garnish

    Preparation:

    Ad

    1 - Blend condensed milk and lemon juice in a blender.

    2 - Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, and pour it into the blender, add the cream, and add the gelatin, according to the manufacturer's instructions.

    3 - In a medium ovenproof dish, intersperse layers of biscuit moistened in milk, with the cream, finish with the cream and decorate with lemon zest.

    4 - Refrigerate for 04 hours before serving.
