Delicious Lemon Pavé
Ingredients:
- 01 package of unflavored gelatin
- 01 can sweetened condensed milk
- 01 can of lemon juice
- (measurement of the condensed milk can)
- 01 can of sour cream
- 200 grams of white chocolate
- 02 packages of champagne biscuits 180 g
- 01 cup of sweetened milk
- Lemon zest for garnish
Preparation:
Ad
1 - Blend condensed milk and lemon juice in a blender.
2 - Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, and pour it into the blender, add the cream, and add the gelatin, according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3 - In a medium ovenproof dish, intersperse layers of biscuit moistened in milk, with the cream, finish with the cream and decorate with lemon zest.
4 - Refrigerate for 04 hours before serving.
