    Syrup:

    – To make the syrup, place the ingredients in a pudding mold (with a hole in the middle), place the mold over medium heat and let the sugar melt. Keep stirring to prevent it from burning.

    – When you notice that all the white sugar has turned brown and caramelized, add half a cup of water very slowly. Leave it on the heat to thicken until it reaches a very thick syrup.

    – When it is ready, take the pan using a glove or cloth and turn the pan so that the caramel spreads throughout the pan. Set aside.

    Pudding:

    – Blend all the ingredients in a blender until the mixture is smooth.

    – Place this mixture from the blender inside the caramelized mold.

    – Cover this form with aluminum foil.

    – Bake at 200ºC in a bain-marie for approximately 50 minutes or until the pudding is firm.

    – Remove from the oven, let cool and unmold.

    – Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
