    To prepare curd at home you will need milk, of course! Furthermore, a product that will make the milk ¨curdle¨, or enter into natural fermentation. It can be consumed in different ways.

    Its recipe is quite simple, and the result is a product with a high nutrient content, which brings several health benefits.

    To prepare curd at home, you will need:

    Ingredients:

    – 1 liter of milk (I use a bag)

    – 5 tablespoons of vinegar (white)

    Mpreparation method:

    1. Place the milk in a pan, bring to the boil and leave until it boils.
    2. Once boiled, turn off the heat and add 5 tablespoons of white vinegar (it will curdle immediately).
    3. Wait a while until the temperature of the curdled milk is suitable for adding it into a plastic sieve.
    4. Place in the sieve and leave until all the whey drains.
    5. Place the curd in a container and season to your taste (I use olive oil, a little salt, finely chopped mint).
