    Ingredients:

    - 4 eggs

    – 3 tablespoons of olive oil

    – 150 grams cup of flour

    golden linseed

    – 180 grams of Almond Flour

    – Salt to taste

    – 240 ml of Water

    – 10 grams of chemical baking powder

    – 15 grams (soup) of Seeds

    Preparation:

    1. Beat together eggs, olive oil, linseed flour, almond flour, salt and herbs.
    2. Add the water and beat and continue to beat.
