Freshwater fish good for cooking
There are many freshwater fish that are good for cooking in Brazil. In Brazil's rivers, lakes and lagoons, there are approximately 25.000 species of fish, many of which are edible.
For example, in the Rio-São Paulo axis, small bilaru, tambaqui and tucunaré are especially eaten.
Because if they don't eat, they don't know what they're missing!
