Low carb chicken recipes
Low carb chicken and its recipes are always recommended in diets by nutritionists. It is lighter, low in fat and as rich in essential nutrients as beef. So let's go to Chicken!
Low carb chicken with mushroom sauce

Ingredients:
– 2 Large boneless chicken breasts
– 1 chopped onion
– 200g of cream
– 100 g of mushrooms, cut into slices
– 1 clove of garlic, chopped
– 12 grams of Butter
– Salt (moderate)
-Black pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the chicken breasts in half to form fillets and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Heat the frying pan with butter and grill the chicken fillets on both sides until golden. Remove them from the frying pan and reserve in a bowl.
- In the same frying pan, add the garlic and onion and fry until golden. Then add the cream and mushrooms, mix and leave on the heat for approximately 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken fillets to a platter and pour the mushroom sauce over them.
- Serve and enjoy.
Preparation time: 20 to 35 minutes.
Yield: 4 people
Low carb chicken in mustard

Ingredients:
– 500g of Chicken Fillet
– 2 cloves of crushed garlic
– 24 grams of Light Mustard
– 15 ml of Shoyu Sauce
– Salt (moderate)
-black pepper to taste
Ingredients:
- On a platter, place the chicken fillets, crushed garlic, soy sauce, mustard, salt and black pepper.
- Mix them until the chicken is completely coated with seasoning.
- Let it rest for approximately 15 minutes.
- Place the fillets on a non-stick baking tray and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 20 minutes or until golden.
- Serve and enjoy.
Preparation time: 35 to 40 minutes.
