    Noodle ingredients: 

    – 1 tie-type package (500g)

    – Freshly grated Parmesan cheese to taste

    Preparation:

    – Place a pan on the fire and add water. Bring to a boil, add oil.

    – When it comes to a boil, add the entire bow tie package and stir everything.

    – Leave it to cook, but be careful because it must be at the “al dente” point so as not to break the dough.

    – Drain the pasta in a colander and give it a thermal shock with cold water to stop cooking. Add strands of oil and mix the entire amount. Book.

    Sauce Ingredients:

    4 tablespoons butter

    1 chopped onion

    3 spoons (soup) of wheat flour

    3 cups (tea) of milk

    1 cup drained canned peas

    2 cups ham (small cubes)

    1 cup (tea) cream

    Salt and grated nutmeg to taste

    Preparation:

    – In a heated pan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the onion for 4 minutes.

    – Sprinkle with flour and fry for 2 minutes. This will become a tough dough.

    – Add the milk and stir until it becomes homogeneous and thickens.

    – Add the peas, ham, cream, season with salt, nutmeg and cook for another 2 minutes.

    – Switch off and set aside.

    – Place the pasta on a plate and reheat.

    – Cover all the pasta with the sauce and stir.

    – Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

    2 Spring Tie Pasta

     Ingredients:

    – 250 grams of bow tie pasta

    – 05 tablespoons olive oil 3 cloves of garlic, chopped

    – 04 tablespoons of chopped parsley and basil

    – 50 grams of carrot, very finely grated

    – 50 grams of diced mozzarella 50 grams of black olives

    – 10 pc(s) cherry tomatoes

    – Oregano to taste

    – Salt to taste

    Preparation:

    – In a pan, add water and oil and bring to a boil.

    – Add the pasta and cook until al dente.

    – Drain and give a thermal shock with water to stop the pasta from cooking. Book.

    For the sauce:

    – In the frying pan, heat the oil and add the garlic, parsley and basil and sauté quickly. Book.

    – On a platter, place the pasta and reheat.

    – Take the hot sauce and pour it over the entire pasta. Stir everything. Sprinkle the carrot, mozzarella, olives, cherry tomatoes, oregano and salt and mix well.

    – Serve and enjoy.
