O National Court of Tax Policy (Confaz) released this Tuesday (25), in the Official Gazette of the Union (DOU), the variation table of the ICMS diesel S10, the most used in the country, and Diesel Oil for all units of the Federation. The ordinance comes into force from the day 1 November.
According to the Union of the Retail Fuel and Lubricant Industry of the Federal Province, transfers to the consumer will be a decision made by each gas station.
Diesel S10 had an average increase compared to the September table. The biggest increase was in Roraima, which went from R$4,319 to R$4,388. Diesel oil rose by an average of R$0,5 cents across the country. The state of Acre was the state with the highest price increase, going from R$5,1617 to R$5,2324 per liter. The increase exceeds seven cents.
Among the states, the only one that did not have a change was Sergipe. Check out the table of all the states below:
O Unions of the Retail Business of Fuels and Lubricants of the Federal Province explains that Diesel will increase at distributors, who will pass it on to resellers. In other words, for gas stations there will be a price adjustment of R$ 0,1557 and up.
