    Low Carb Stroganoff

    Ingredients:

    – 300g of Rump or Filet Mignon

    – cream to taste

    – 1 Medium Onion chopped

    – 1 medium tomato, chopped

    – 15 ML of Olive Oil

    – Parsley to taste

    – Salt (moderate)

    -Black pepper to taste

    – 1 teaspoon of saffron

    – Mushrooms (Optional)

    Preparation:

    In a pan heated with olive oil, sauté the onion until it is golden brown.

    1. Add the tomato and sauté for another 2 minutes.
    2. Cut the meat into strips and add to the pan and leave until cooked. Add a little water if necessary.
    3. Once cooked, season with salt and black pepper to taste.
    4. Add the cream and stir well. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley on top.
    5. Serve and enjoy.

    Low Carb Red Wine Lizard

    – 1 piece of lizard (about 600 g)

    - 5 garlic cloves

    – 1 glass of red wine

    – salt and black pepper to taste

    – 1 pinch of paprika, cumin and nutmeg

    – 1 lemon

    – 1 large onion

    – canola oil

    – 1/2 cup of water

    Preparation:

    1. With the tip of the knife, make small holes in the lizard piece and place the 5 inside them.

    2. In a bowl, place the meat, the squeezed lemon juice and the red wine.

    Leave in the refrigerator, in a covered container, for about 2 hours.

    hot, add only the meat (not the seasoning broth) and let it brown on one side. Turn and brown on the other side (about 4 minutes for each side)

    1. Add the onion, cut into four pieces, the meat seasoning that was left in the bowl and another 1/2 cup of water. Mix everything together and cover the pan. As soon as the pan comes to pressure, reduce the heat, let it cook for 25 minutes and turn off the heat.
    2. Release the pressure from the pan, open the lid and turn the heat back on to thicken the broth.
